Terms of service
These terms set out how we work together. We keep them under review and will update them as the service grows.
Requests and confirmation
Submitting a form on this website is a request only. A booking is confirmed only when we have agreed availability and confirmed it with you directly. Nothing is booked automatically.
Care and access
We provide care based on the instructions you give us. Arrangements for access to your home are agreed separately and handled securely. Please don’t enter keys, alarm codes or key-safe codes into ordinary form fields — we’ll arrange secure handling of those with you.
Payments
Prices are agreed with you before your visits. Online payment is not currently enabled.
